Protect. Rebuild. Empower.

Using trauma-informed boxing, movement, mindfulness, and community support to help individuals rebuild confidence, emotional resilience, and belonging after trauma and adversity.

WHO ARE HEADGUARD®?

We support children, young people, women, and vulnerable communities affected by trauma, abuse, violence, exploitation, displacement, poor mental health, and adversity.

Through trauma-informed boxing, movement, mindfulness, education, and community support, we create safe, empowering environments designed to help individuals:

  • rebuild confidence

  • strengthen emotional resilience

  • reconnect with their bodies

  • and develop a sense of identity, belonging, and hope.

Boxing is more than sport

At HeadGuard, we use trauma-informed, non-contact boxing and movement not to teach violence or aggression — but as structured wellbeing tools that can help individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate emotions, rebuild confidence, and feel part of a supportive community.

Alongside movement and mindfulness, we deliver educational workshops, mentoring, wellbeing initiatives, community programmes, awareness campaigns, and humanitarian outreach projects within the UK and internationally.

Our work combines:

  • trauma-informed practice

  • movement and mindfulness

  • emotional wellbeing support

  • education and empowerment

  • and safe supportive community environments.

Our vision

Humanitarian Outreach
